VACANT HOUSE:
The photos in the left column came from new construction sitting vacant for over 1 year. Sure To Sell worked with the property owner to purchase specific pieces of furniture, various accessories and some furnishings from the owner's home to keep costs down to a minimum.
As you can see, some of the improvements were as simple as planting mums in the flower bed in the front of the house or using window scarves to provide an elegant yet minimal treatment in the front formal rooms.
Each room was specifically Staged to provide the greatest initial impact on the potential buyer as well as highlighting the best aspects of this beautifully constructed custom-built home.
Staging was completed on a Friday and the owner's real estate agent held an open house that Sunday and Monday. The owner had two strong offers in hand, one on each day of the open house, after more than 1 year with zero activity on the property.
