For homeowners or real estate agents looking to maximize the sales potential of their properties, Sure To Sell will work with your existing furnishings to make your house Staged yet livable.

STAGING for an Open House

When you have an open house scheduled, Sure To Sell will stage the house and help to prepare for and/or staff the event.

STAGING Vacant Properties

Vacant houses sell better when they are furnished, yet many homeowners do not have the financial or creative ability to maintain a furnished home. Sure To Sell can Stage an empty home with furniture and accessories for a reasonable price while helping to sell the home faster and for more money.

STAGING for Moving In

With all the hassles and details of moving into a new home, some homeowners can be overwhelmed by trying to make their new home livable. Sure To Sell can help remove some of that stress by Staging a new home with old or new furniture and accessories.

STAGING to Live

For those homeowners who are "decoratively disabled", Sure To Sell can provide guidance and Staging services to help make your home a more beautiful place to live.

Decluttering and Organizing

A painful process for many people, Sure To Sell can assist homeowners to remove the unessential clutter from their homes and organize their belongings to help make their homes a more comfortable and stress-free place to live.

Decor Shopping

Shopping for decor can be a time-consuming and frustrating process - let Sure To Sell help take some of the sting out of what can be a lot of fun by using our shopping expertise to your advantage.

What we do & how we do it:

The first step is a CONSULTATION where Sure To Sell thoroughly analyzes the property and provides a written report for the client detailing what needs to be done to maximize its selling potential. The client can then use the report to accomplish those action items themselves or contract with Sure to Sell to provide the necessary staging services.

The next step is HOME STAGING where Sure To Sell uses the written report developed through the Consultation to develop and execute a staging plan for the property. The staging may be focused, such as arranging a specific room using staging inventory (see below), or comprehensive, incorporating project contracting (see below).

As part of a Home Staging project, Sure To Sell may RENT accessories to the client from our STAGING INVENTORY, a far more cost effective method of accessorizing a home than purchasing everything directly.

If a Home Staging project becomes complicated or if the client is out of town, Sure To Sell can provide PROJECT CONTRACTING for additional services such as carpet cleaning, interior painting, furniture rental (especially for vacant homes) or landscaping.
